We’re proud to recognize Caitlin Farias, Supervisor at The Father Center of New Jersey’s Westampton office, as our October Employee of the Month!
Caitlin has been part of the Father Center team since the organization began its workforce development contract in Burlington County, which serves both men and women who are unemployed or underemployed.
“The two certifications we fund the most are CDL and Certified Clinical Medical Assistant,” says Caitlin. “Through our office we also offer, when appropriate, IT certifications to individuals who already work in the industry to help them become more employable.”
Through Caitlin’s leadership, compassion and steadfast dedication, the future looks brighter for these individuals and their families.
