We extend our heartfelt thanks to Capital Health for inviting The Father Center to their Community Baby Shower. The event brought together families, community partners, and service providers in a warm, celebratory setting and gave us a valuable opportunity to connect directly with new and expectant parents.
Many men stopped by our table to ask practical questions about parenting, reentry, employment supports, and navigating services for their families. These honest, hopeful, and action‑oriented conversations reinforced how important community events are for reaching men who may not otherwise seek out support.
We appreciate Capital Health’s thoughtful planning and inclusive approach that made fathers feel welcome and respected. Events like this expand access, reduce stigma, and create pathways for families to strengthen their stability and well‑being.
