The Father Center of New Jersey is proud to announce the launch of its first HVAC Electrical Controls & Air Distribution Training, beginning October 8-9, 2025, at our Trenton office. The course, provided by TPC Training through the Bridges2Success® program, will prepare 10 participants for high-demand careers in the HVAC industry.
“My goal is to offer even more classes that prepare our participants for steady, lucrative careers,” says Brian Wingate, Career Coach/Client Services Specialist, The Father Center of New Jersey. “We want to make sure all 10 men graduate from this program and leave with the skills to secure high-paying HVAC jobs. This is an excellent career opportunity, and I want every one of them to succeed.”
This two-day training is being offered as the first of potentially four classes. The goal is to add more, but we first have to demonstrate the success of the first run. Following the completion of a short questionnaire, applicants were selected based on eligibility and commitment.
About the Course
This intensive two-day training teaches participants how to troubleshoot HVAC electrical controls and improve air distribution for greater comfort and efficiency. Designed for building maintenance, facility operations and HVAC career pathways, the program offers hands-on skills that can immediately translate into workplace opportunities.
