
Victoria Hosendorf
Victoria Hosendorf is an accomplished and creative executive with over 25 years of experience. She has proven results in managing operations, building key alliances across multiple Mid-Atlantic regional states, driving successful network connections and relationship building between companies, resulting in awarded contracts, and advocating for and working with minority-owned firms through coaching, business development, and financial relations. Ms.Hosendorf expanded the organization into New Jersey and established a new location, including purchasing a 5559 sq. ft. office building. She collaborated with the revenue development team to secure a five-year multi-million contract to open a new MBDA Center for the US Department of Commerce in New Jersey. She also oversees the relationships between minority business firms and procurement offices, which access $476 million in contracts.
Her previous positions include Director of the Pennsylvania MBDA Business Center, Director of Corporate Relations and Operations at the Eastern Minority Supplier Development Council, and Director of special events at the American Cancer Society. Presently, Ms. Hosendorf serves on the board for Dress for Success Greater Philadelphia, Camden Special Services District, and CHOPCares Community Advisory Board.

The Father Center of New Jersey positively impacts the lives of many South Jersey men, and I am eager to contribute my skills, experience, and knowledge to help further its mission and goals.
