
Bryan Adé Evans
Chief Executive Officer
Bryan Evans is a nonprofit leader with more than 20 years of experience driving community impact across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York. Known for his strategic vision and collaborative leadership, he has built high-impact partnerships, advanced economic development initiatives, and expanded workforce pathways in underserved communities. His work spans Trenton, Camden, Philadelphia, and Wilmington, where he has consistently delivered programs that strengthen families and promote economic mobility.
As Chief Executive Officer of The Father Center of New Jersey (since April 2024), Evans leads the organization’s mission to empower fathers and strengthen families. Under his leadership, the organization has deepened its focus on innovative programming, data-driven decision-making, and strategic fundraising. Previously, as Senior Vice President of Greater Trenton, he helped attract significant funding and led initiatives in workforce and community development. His earlier role as Policy Director for the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce further reflects his ability to align public, private, and nonprofit sectors to drive regional growth.
Evans is deeply engaged in civic and professional leadership. He currently serves on the boards of the Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber and CNJN-TV, and previously held leadership roles with the Trenton Downtown Association, United Way of Northern New Jersey, and The Father Center itself. He is an active member of the Family Success Learning Community and an Affiliate Partner with the Fathers & Families Coalition of America, advocating for fatherhood and family-centered policies at a statewide and national level.
A LEAD NJ Fellow, Evans holds a B.A. in Communications and Psychology from Hunter College and an MBA in Computer Information Systems from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business. With a passion for innovation, he explores the intersection of technology and fatherhood, including his presentation at the 27th International Families and Fathers Conference in Los Angeles on “Fatherhood in the Digital Age.” Above all, he is a devoted husband and proud father, committed to advancing stronger families and communities.
