Trenton resident Rashan McNeil makes the most of every interaction with his children. “When Rashan talks about his kids, his eyes sparkle with pride and joy,” says Yanira Medina, WIB Program Manager, The Father Center of New Jersey. “You can see the love he has for his children radiating from his smile. Rashan is working hard to make them proud of him.”
During his time at The Father Center of New Jersey, he has completed a total of six training courses and earned a certificate in all six of them! The trainings are: Job Readiness, OSHA Safety, Forklift, SORA, CPR, and ServeSafe. “These programs provided me with valuable skills and insights that have enhanced my understanding of parenting and personal development,” says Rashan.
