The Father Center of New Jersey continues to prepare our participants for
success as they work toward gaining full employment through our Job
Readiness class.
This month, we had a full class where participants learned valuable skills to
help them feel more confident and prepared for the job search. They learned
how to effectively answer common interview questions and the importance of
wearing appropriate attire to an interview. They also had the opportunity to
put their skills into practice through mock interviews.
These hands-on activities allow participants to build confidence, improve
their communication skills, and become better prepared to make a positive
impression on potential employers.
A big shout-out to our Career Instructor, Brian Wingate, for doing an
outstanding job preparing and supporting our participants as they take
important steps toward employment and a brighter future!
