Michael Velasquez of the New Life Driving School recently came to The Father Center of New Jersey to talk about the importance of obtaining a driver’s license and pursuing a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) as a pathway to stable employment, sharing his personal journey to members of our cohort.
Michael’s presentation provided valuable insight into the CDL process, training requirements, career opportunities, and the long-term benefits of entering the transportation industry.
Our participants were fully engaged throughout the presentation, asking thoughtful questions and expressing genuine interest in learning more about the opportunities available through CDL training. Many were able to relate to Michael’s story on a personal level, which made his message even more meaningful and encouraging.
