Victoria Hosendorf Is Making Things Happen!

Victoria Hosendorf

We are spotlighting Executive Board member Victoria Hosendorf this month as a special thank you for her active engagement on the Board of Directors and the planning committee for the 20th Anniversary Platinum Dads celebration, which will take place at The Bradford Estate on June 6. It’s one of our most important fundraisers of the year.

Victoria is the Executive Vice President at The Enterprise Center and a passionate nonprofit leader. She brings 25 years of valuable professional expertise and a strong personal commitment to The Father Center of New Jersey. She became involved with the organization a few years ago and has since played an active role in the Platinum Dads program.

“Every year, we honor men who want to be all they can to their children. Dads don’t always get enough recognition. We think it’s important to highlight their commitment to their children, which builds our communities,” she explains.

Victoria’s connection to the cause is evident in her words: “Fathers play a vital role in shaping the lives of their children. The Father Center of New Jersey equips men with the skills and resources to become strong providers, supportive partners, and engaged parents. I got involved with The Father Center of New Jersey a few years ago when I saw how they support men in the communities I serve, including Burlington and Camden.”

Victoria’s leadership at The Enterprise Center has driven its expansion into Camden and Newark, creating over 1,300 jobs across New Jersey. While she has achieved significant impact at a strategic level as Executive Vice President, her true passion remains rooted in working directly with entrepreneurs. Victoria embraces every opportunity to connect with small businesses, finding it deeply rewarding to help them strategize their next move.

“One of my proudest moments at work was opening our new offices in New Jersey,” she shares. “It allowed us to build meaningful relationships and open new doors for local businesses.” She looks forward to creating similar opportunities with The Father Center of New Jersey. “I’m thrilled to see the organization expand into Camden, and I hope to use my voice to help strengthen their connections and broaden their impact.”

Hosendorf has been active on many boards, including Dress for Success Greater Philadelphia, Camden Special Services District, CHOP Cares Community Advisory Board, and her sorority, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Chi Rho Zeta Chapter. “My mantra is: God prepared me for what’s next.”
