Statewide Fatherhood Conference

In 2024, TFCNJ hosted its 2nd Statewide Fatherhood Conference in East Brunswick, NJ. The theme of the event was “Stronger Fathers BUILD Stronger Families.”

Our next conference will take place in 2026. More details will be posted here.

Led by CEO Bryan Evans, The Father Center of New Jersey is endeavoring to stress the importance of the role of fathers within both families and the society at large through a conference covering critical fatherhood-focused topics.

Stronger Fathers B.U.I.L.D. Stronger Families

Dr. Reggie Wright: 2024 Keynote Speaker

Dr. Wright, a former professional basketball player, has been featured on CNN for his powerful motivational speaking. He is a high-energy motivational speaker who is passionate about encouraging students to pursue their dreams and goals as they strive for excellence. Dr. Wright is a native of Trenton, NJ. He is a graduate of New Jersey City University, where he played basketball for four years and earned a B.S. in Computer Science. Upon graduating, he played professional basketball in Europe. He later went on to earn a master’s degree from Cairn University. Dr. Wright later earned his Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Liberty University, where the title of his dissertation was, “The Lived Experiences of Black Fathers and How They Can Help to Narrow the Academic Achievement Gap.” As a father himself, he is fully invested in helping other fathers to strive for excellence and to help their children do the same.  

Dr. Wright is guided by his ethics and passion to serve, as he strives to help others achieve success and become the best version of themselves.
